Dr Jarrett
Chiropractic is one of very few careers in which the word “rewarding” comes to mind. I am grateful that I am able to help people regain their quality of life and showing them that they do not have to continue living in pain. This is the reason I continue to do what I do everyday.
I chose to become a Chiropractor because Chiropractic changed my life when I was a young teenager. At the age of 15, I suffered a debilitating back injury and even after consulting a myriad of medical specialists, none were able to achieve lasting results. I then went to see a Gonstead Chiropractor and in one adjustment, my back pain was gone. This was when I decided that I wanted to help people with Gonstead Chiropractic just as it had helped me.
My motivation stems from my own personal experience and my goal is to bring this quality and standard of care to the people of Ringwood and its neighbouring communities.
I graduated from RMIT with a double degree and am a member of the Gonstead Chiropractic Society. It is important to me to always be in the pursuit of refining my skills and staying up-to-date with the most current research as this would allow me to provide the best evidence-based care for my patients. I do this by attending regular seminars and workshops, consulting with my mentors and reading.
Growing up in Malaysia, I am bilingual in English and Malay and possess a deep-rooted understanding for different cultures and traditions. In my downtime, I enjoy riding motorcycles, playing piano and guitar, going to the gym and diving into a good book.
If you want to regain control of your health and body and always feel your absolute best, come by Ringwood Chiropractic for a consultation with me, or give me a call at 043199491 if you would like to have a chat about how we can help you.

Frequently asked questions
Your questions
answered.
Are the same areas adjusted every time
No. Each visit includes a brief reassessment. Only segments that require correction on that day are adjusted.
How is progress measured over time
Progress is tracked through symptom change, functional tests, palpation findings, repeat instrument readings, and your personal goals. You will be involved in each review.
How many visits will I need
This depends on the condition, how long it has been present, your daily loads, and your health goals. Your chiropractor will outline a plan and expected milestones after the initial assessment.
Can I be adjusted if I have had spinal surgery
Many postsurgical patients can receive carefully modified care. Your chiropractor will review your surgical history, imaging, and any surgeon recommendations before planning treatment.
